Today's swim was at balmoral as we decided bondi would be a bit busy with the splash and dash competition going on.
14 swimmers includingVladimir Mravec. Water and outside were gorgeous. High tide in the middle if the swim made great conditions.
Sarah Koen made her first trip to balmoral and we were joined by previous regulars Sabine Homrighausen and Barry Feyder most swam for almost a couple of hours.
On the water the swimmers were kept in check by Martin Vavrekand on the beach young Max Ingram and Barney were in charge.
Main Group swimmers:
- 3-4 loops of Balmoral (3.4km) 1-2hours
- feeding from beach
- Vlad or Martin paddling
Beginners swimmers:
- 4 small loops of Balmoral (1km)
- easy swim focus on breathing and swim tempo
- Charm coach from beach
- later Vlad or Martin support
